What are the Pod meeting times, how are Pod groups selected, and what happens if I miss Pod sessions?

A standout feature of the Psychedelic Practitioner Core Training is the intimate group learning experience. Participants progress through the program in groups of up to ten students, which we affectionately refer to as "pods."

Each pod, guided by an experienced learning facilitator, will convene for 2.5 hours weekly from November 2023 through October 2024, excluding breaks in December, April, and August.

Participants must attend a minimum of 80% of the pod sessions in order to receive a certificate of completion. Our expectation is that you will attend every pod session; however, we understand that it may, on occasion not be possible to do so.

In the case(s) where you are unable to attend, we expect that you will communicate in a responsible and timely fashion with your learning facilitator and group members and that you will have watched the associated recording to stay in sync with your fellow students.

For extenuating circumstances beyond routine scheduling challenges, like vacations, illnesses, or recurring work commitments, we are open to making necessary accommodations.
