What’s the Synthesis cancelation policy if I want to cancel my retreat?

If you can no longer attend the retreat you’ve booked, we offer the following options:

Up until 14 days prior to your retreat:

  • We will gladly transfer you to an alternate retreat (at no additional cost).
  • If you don’t know when you’ll be able to attend, we will store your payment as credit to be applied to a future retreat (at no additional cost). This credit will not expire.
  • If you no longer want to attend a retreat, Synthesis will keep the non-refundable deposit ($750 Core / $1500 Expansion or Womens’ or Men’s retreat / $4500 Private retreat) and refund any remaining paid amount.

If you notify us less than 14 days in advance: 

  • Synthesis will keep the non-refundable deposit ($750 Core / $1500 Expansion or Womens’ or Men’s retreat / $4500 Private retreat) and help you get booked onto a new retreat date.
  • If you no longer want to attend a retreat, Synthesis will keep the non-refundable deposit ($750 Core / $1500 Expansion or Womens’ or Men’s retreat / $4500 Private retreat) and refund any remaining paid amount.

COVID-19 related cancellations:

  • If Synthesis has to cancel your retreat due to COVID-19 health, safety or travel restrictions, we will transfer you to a new retreat or store your full payment amount as credit towards a future retreat (at no additional cost). This credit will not expire.
  • If you have been affected by a COVID-19 cancellation and you are no longer able or willing to attend a retreat, Synthesis will keep an Administration and Application fee ($500) and refund the remaining payment amount.

If you must cancel your retreat, please notify us as early as possible via support@synthesisretreat.com using the subject line: “Please cancel my retreat booking” and whenever possible include your new preferred retreat dates. Read the Terms and Conditions here.
