What’s the Synthesis cancelation policy if I want to cancel my retreat?

If you are located in the European Union and would like to cancel your retreat within 14 calendar days from the date you have signed the Client Service Agreement, Synthesis will refund the entire amount actually paid to Synthesis.

If you cancel your retreat, and are not located in the European Union, or are located in the European Union and cancel your retreat more than 14 calendar days from the date you signed the Cleint Service Agreement, Synthesis will provide

TIME FRAME	REFUND TERMS
120 or more days from the date of the first Preparation Session.	Entire amount that Client has paid to Synthesis, less a $500 processing fee.
90-119 days from the date of the first Preparation Session.	50% of the entire amount that Client has paid to Synthesis, less a $500 processing fee.
60-89 days from the date of the first Preparation Session.	25% of the entire amount that Client has paid to Synthesis, less a $500 processing fee.
59 or less days from the date of the first Preparation Session.	No refunds provided.
